Rick Versteegh (1966) returned to Hill+Knowlton Strategies in 2012 as a senior consultant, after having worked for us 10 years before that as well. Rick is mainly working in the corporate and marketing communications fields, and he is particularly experienced as a project manager in complex (national, but also international) communication projects.
In between the first and second Hill+Knowlton Strategies period, Rick traveled the world for a long period before settling down in Zambia, Africa, where he worked as general/marketing manager in the tourism e.g. safari industry.
His career started in market research before making the step to communications when he joined the International Flowerbulb Centre as area manager, being responsible for the promotion of Dutch flowerbulbs in Europe. After that he worked for several years as senior consultant with Weber Shandwick International. Rick studied marketing and communication.
