Monique Landman is Director Change Communications at Hill+Knowlton Strategies. She took on the role of Project Management Director in 2013. Monique has wide-ranging expertise in the following areas: advising on and executing complex change processes and culture programmes, the comprehensive logistical challenges which accompany strategic changes in direction, and coaching executive managers.
Within Change Communications, Hill+Knowlton combines its various proficiencies, such as positioning, internal communications, stakeholder management, communication of issues, corporate marketing, and project management. Monique has the experience and skill to take control of such integrated change programmes.
She combines her communications background and strategic vision with her organisational skills so that an effective change in strategy can be successfully implemented. Monique likes to work with innovative tools and creative solutions which she applies to realistic concepts which get organisations and people moving.
Monique worked as an independent consultant before joining Hill+Knowlton Strategies. Her clients included organisations such as Rabobank Nederland, British Telecom, REAAL, ASN Bank and Slachtofferhulp (Victim Support) Nederland.
